Proportional Valve and Linear Transducer in main Cylinder allows cylinder movement and speed to be controlled via the electronic system.

Bulge in material is tested with either a bulge tool attached to cylinder or this is removed so the test can be carried out with an open piston moving oil directly against the material to form the bulge until it bursts. Its burst pressure and force is then recorded by the control system.

This unit allowed movement whilst cutting. The buttons on the 2 handles operates the pump and the hydraulic valve mounted on the cutter. The 2 button system ensures maximum safety by ensuring that both the operators hands are on the buttons. This system allows maximum portability and easy of use without having to manually pump this large stroke cutter head.

Higth Speed Xvari Pump for high cutting speed. Guard ensures that Pump cannot be operated unless the guard is shut. If the guard is opened during operation, air feed to pump is cut and the blade stops moving.
